Dilovası Factory – Setting New Standards in Industrial Construction
Located in Dilovası, Kocaeli, Turkey, the new industrial facility is designed to support a wide range of manufacturing operations with a total construction area of 11,000 m². The factory comprises a 10,000 m² production area, allowing independent operations in each hall, and a 1,000 m² administrative section. The building features a reinforced concrete and steel structure, combining durability with flexibility for the diverse industrial activities carried out within. The factory's semi-basement design allows for efficient space utilization, while its bold and modern façade enhances its visual appeal, making it a standout addition to the industrial landscape.
The facility was built using a reinforced concrete and steel structural system, offering a high level of resilience to meet the demanding requirements of modern manufacturing. Special provisions were made for earthquake resistance, ensuring the building complies with the latest seismic safety standards. Additionally, custom foundations were integrated to support heavy industrial machinery, making the factory highly adaptable for a variety of operations.
One of the standout features of the factory is the inclusion of different crane systems, specifically designed to accommodate varying capacities, enhancing operational efficiency. Each hall within the facility allows for independent work zones, giving the factory flexibility to handle multiple processes simultaneously. The administrative area was designed with modern office spaces and management needs in mind, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The project was executed in partnership with Kabmak, a prominent name in the industrial equipment and machinery sector. Kabmak played a pivotal role in supplying specialized equipment for the factory's crane systems, ensuring that the facility was equipped with state-of-the-art technology to enhance production efficiency. Their contribution allowed for a seamless integration of cranes of varying capacities, providing the factory with the versatility needed to manage complex industrial tasks.
